Fab@50plus - Terms and Conditions

To be in with a chance of winning complete the online entry form. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted
Entrants must be aged 18 or over UK residents
Personal contact details will only be kept on file by Fab at 50+ and will not be passed on to any third parties.
In the event of non-acceptance if the prize winner is not contactable, Fab at 50+ reserves the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn entry.
You can only be entered into the free prize draw once. Multiple registrations will only result in one entry into the prize draw
Fab at 50+ will not accept responsibility for the loss of entries through technical fault, transmission delay or incomplete entries
Employees and their families of Fab at 50+, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter
No alternative cash prize will be offered
By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions
The right to amend, withdraw or terminate any aspect of this prize draw without prior notice is reserved if factors beyond the Promoter’s control require them to do so
The decision of the Promoter is final and binding in all matters. Correspondence will not be entered into
Winners will be contacted after the Fab @50+ show in October 2010.

These terms and conditions apply to the Fab@50plus portrait competition run by ianH photography.

Entrants must be UK residents aged 50 or over in 2011.
The shoot will last approximately 2 hours and take place at an outdoor location.
Contact information will only be retained by ianH photography and Fab @50+ and will not be passed on to any third parties.
The competition closes on Sunday 10 October 2010. The winner will be selected at random from all entries and will be notified directly by telephone or email. The winner’s name will also be posted on the ianH photography website at www.ianH.co.uk/blog. In the event that the prize winner is not contactable, ianH photography reserves the right to reallocate the prize to the next randomly drawn entry.
The winner will receive a photoshoot for two people worth £120. This includes a location photoshoot within a 25 mile radius of Bournemouth and will last approx 2 hours. The winner may select images to a total value of £40.
The photoshoot must take place by 30 November 2010. The prize is not transferable and no cash alternative will be issued. The judge’s decision is final.
